Camilla has undergone a complete image overhaul and has evolved into an elegant Duchess.Here we take a look at her incredible transformation.9 April 2005: The WeddingAll eyes were on Camilla on her big day and she dumbfounded even her harshest critics.The most notable transformation was her hair. Her unkempt locks had been cut shorter, with a softer feathered fringe. The colour had been transformed, with honey toned highlights to cover her grey, by celebrity colourist Jo Hansford.For the Service of Prayer and Dedication Camilla wore a beautifully cut floor length pale blue and gold coat over a matching chiffon gown designed by Robinson Valentine.Her hat, designed by Philip Treacy, was a headdress of gold leafed feathers, tipped with Swarovski crystals, in her hair.Flattering, feminine and elegant the outfit marked the beginning of her transformation.2 September 2006: An official engagement in ScotlandOn a visit to Maggie’s Centre, Edinburgh, Camilla showed off a trimmer looking figure in a blue fitted dress.Camilla works with her dresser Jackie Meakin, who also worked for the Queen Mother, to assemble appropriate outfits. This collaboration has led to more confident fashion choices.Camilla is no longer afraid to wear bold statement jewels.
