Atheneum Gets Warhol Self portrait

“Camouflage Self Portrait,” one of pop artist Andy Warhol’s last works, has been acquired by the Wadsworth Atheneum. The self portrait, a dark and haunting silkscreen, will complement the museum’s only other Warhol, “Triple Silver Disaster,” created in 1963 during the earliest stages of his career.
